Apparently, the Olmert government has put as stop to any sort of construction even within the parameters of natural growth in Judea and Samaria. Note: Olmert’s wife is a member of Women in Black. Folks there can’t even add a porch to an existing building without permission directly from both Olmert and Defense Minister Barak.
The Yesha Council has come up with an idea that may re-ignite the communities of Judea and Samaria.
